Marc Pearson attended Northwest University from 1969 to 1972. While at Northwest he met Carol Johnson whom he married at Christ Memorial Church in Poulsbo, WA on May 12, 1972. Marc and Carol had two daughters, Michelle and Melissa "Missy", and a son Justin "J.P."
Marc and Carol served in Christ Memorial Church for 32 years. For 10 years, Marc was the Associate Pastor. From 1988 to 2009 he served as lead pastor at CMC
